How do I contact customer support?

Got general questions and inquiries you can contact us using our online contact form located on the Contact Us page of our website. If you recently placed an order and are currently experiencing issues please send an email to our customer support team at support@bluefoxbox.com.

What is your current service area?

Currently, BlueFox Box is only available in Madison, WI. Over the next year, we hope to be able to grow enough so we can bring BlueFox Box to even more cities across the U.S!

After I place my order when can I expect to receive my BlueFox Box?

After you place your order you can expect to receive your BlueFox Box within 1-3 business days. We are working diligently towards reducing our delivery time to less than 24 hours.

What makes BlueFox Box different from a service like Instacart or Hello Fresh?

Unlike other meal and grocery delivery companies like Instacart and Hello Fresh, our goal is to provide you with a hand-selected and pre-packaged box of food products that never changes. With BlueFox Box you know exactly what you are getting every time so you can plan your own meals accordingly. BlueFox Box is not meant to completely replace your trips to your local grocery store, but if you just need the basics, have a craving for some sweets, or are planning an upcoming movie night that requires some in-home concessions then we have you covered!

How do I place an order using my Amazon Echo or another Alexa-enabled device?

To place an order with us using Amazon Alexa you simply say something like “Alexa, order my Staples Box from BlueFox Box” and Alexa will guide you through the brief process of placing an order. You can also enable the BlueFox Box Alexa Skill in your Alexa app on iOS or Android. Once you place your order through Alexa you will receive a confirmation email and text message.

*Note: In order to place an order with us via Alexa you will be required to use Amazon Pay. If you do not have Amazon Pay set up Alexa will direct you to your smartphone where you can complete the registration process.

Do I have the option to select any of the times that are placed in my BlueFox Box?

Currently, there is no way to select specific products/items for your BlueFox Box. All of our boxes contain hand-selected and pre-packaged items so you know what is coming in your box each time you place an order. If there are items that you would like to see added to our different boxes please send us your feedback by using our online contact form.
